[Xotcl] XOTcl 1.1.0 publically available

Am I to understand this means that xotcl from CVS (or source)
now builds in a somewhat TEA-compatible fashion?
	./configure --with-tcl=...
	make
	make test
	make install
and nothing but a stubs-based $tcl_library/../xotcl1.1/* is
installed (perhaps with docs and demos somewhere)?
