[Xotcl] small glitch in serializer

Dear XOTcl community, 

i just fixed a small glitch in the serializer code (one can never have enough 
regression tests :(). most likely, only aolserver users will be affected. please
refetch 1.3.0 from the server, if you have already got a copy of 1.3.0
