sorry for being fickle.
i just cant.
now is not a good time to use tcl on 
the web for me.  maybe in the distant future.
i still really like tcl for non - web related things.
thanks anyways.  
 
dont open any attachments from me.
i am investigating a virus .
i didnt (knowingly) attach that file that
got sent to the group.
