[Xotcl] Improved XOTcl support in Eclipse DLTK 1.0 M3 Release

Dear XOTcl  developers.

Some of you might be interested in the new Eclipse DLTK 1.0 M3 Release
(DLTK stands for D(ynamic) L(anguage) T(ool)K(it)) which contains
explicit support for XOTcl.
