The new version of XOTclIDE 0.31 is ready on
http://www.xdobry.de/xotclide

The Changes from last annouced Version 0.30
- support for odbc (per tclodbc) and postgres (additonal to mysql) as
  version-control database
- better ms windows support
- new starter procedures
- syntax highlighting for comments and "quotas"
- tcl comment scanner (scan # comments)
- html doc generator
- other small changes
