[Xotcl] Missing Linux Binaries

The XOTcl 1.3.1 Linux binary distribution file 
(xotcl-1.3.1-bin-linux-i686-glibc.tar.gz) is missing 

        libxotclexpat1.3.so 
        libxotclgdbm1.3.so
        libxotclsdbm1.3.so 

all of which were present in (at least) the 1.2 and 1.1.1 files (in the 
appropriate version, of course).
