The following is a patch to upgrade a pristine xotcl 1.3.6 to the
latest TEA 3.2:

	ftp:/tcl.activestate.com/pub/incoming/xotcl.changed.patch.gz

I would recommend including it for 1.3.7.  Nothing major, but it
adds support for a few odder platform variants.
