[Xotcl] Xotcl, frag, jacl: how do I migrate to Java?!

It looks like this is a language on top of Java that supports a subset 
of XOTcl... Like Jacl implements Tcl on top of Java.
Would be interresting to know where the project is heading to and how it 
relates to Jacl.
